For each matter, the agreement between Albrechtsen Law and the client consists of these Terms of Business and an engagement letter specifying, among other things, the scope of the engagement, the anticipated services, and the legal fees. 2.3
In addition to the terms governing the engagement, Albrechtsen Law is subject to, among other things, the Code of Conduct for Attorneys, the rules of good professional conduct applicable to lawyers, and other mandatory provisions of Danish law.

Fees and Invoicing
4.1
Unless a fixed fee has been agreed in the engagement letter for specific services, legal fees shall be determined on the basis of the following factors: time spent, the outcome of the matter, its complexity and scope, the specialist expertise required, the responsibility associated with the matter, time constraints and the value provided to the client.
4.2
